Bring kids together for fun this summer

Host a Play Date this July and raise money to help children treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Invite your child’s friends – and your own – to play and donate. Watch the fun unfold as your young ones play while you catch up with friends.

Sign up now to create your personal Play Date fundraising page, so guests can make quick online donations on the day using the QR codes sent in your Play Date pack.

How it works

Sign up for your free Play Date pack and fundraising page.

Choose a date. Invite your child’s friends (and yours!).

Host your Play Date. Ask guests to make a donation to raise money for the GOSH Play team.

Your Play Date pack

Your free Play Date Pack will include stickers, a poster and a collection box. You'll also receive QR codes for guests to scan and make a quick, online donation on the day. Our online Fundraising Toolkit also has tools, tips and ideas for your Play Date to help make it as easy as possible.

Little ones know how to play and have fun, so don't feel like every activity needs to be planned. You can take some time to enjoy catching up with the grown-ups whilst you watch the fun unfold!

Play time that changes lives

The money you raise hosting a GOSH Charity Play Date will help fund the hospital’s expert Play team. Around 600 seriously ill children arrive at GOSH every day, from around the UK, for life-changing treatments. The Play team, fully funded by Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity), provides a vital part of their care, helping the children make sense of their treatment and recovery through toys, activities and play.
